Pet Store Return Policy

We want you and your furry, feathered, or scaled friends to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, here is how we can help:

The Basics

Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 5 days of the original purchase date.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in decent condition. This means the product should be clean, gently handled, and include all original packaging or tags where applicable.

Proof of Purchase: Please present your original receipt (digital or paper) at the time of the return.

Refund Process

Refund Method: All approved returns are issued in the form of Store Credit. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Processing Time: We value your time! Your store credit will be processed and available for use within 1 business day of the item being returned to the store.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened bags of food or treats that have been used more than 1/3 of the weight.

Personalized or custom-made pet gear.

Items showing significant wear, tear, or heavy "pet use."

Note: Store credit never expires and can be used for any in-store products or services.
